Sean McCourt - Owner/Throw Expert
Sean is the creator of THROWformance, an elite throwing program designed to help build velocity and eliminate arm pain. His background in both pitching and strength and conditioning have allowed him to blend biomechanics and movement patterns to help develop high-level throwers. Sean previously worked as the Director of Pitching at Bardo’s and Gameday in addition to working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Milwaukee Brewers.
Andrew Schwaab - Throw Expert
Andrew just finished up his 7th professional season in AAA with the Los Angeles Dodgers. Andrew spent 4 years with the New York Yankees and part of 2018 with the Detroit Tigers. He was a 2 time mid-season all star in 2016 and 2017 and was voted best reliever by Baseball America for the South Atlantic League in 2016. Andrew played in the Arizona Fall League for the Scottsdale Scorpions in 2017 and attended Crowder College from 2011-12 and the University of Missouri from 2014-15.
Isaac Hayen - Throw Expert
Isaac was a 3 year varsity player at Cherokee Trail High School where he won a State Championship in 2016 and pitched in the Elite Eight in 2018. He was also a 5 year varsity pitcher at Colorado Mesa University where they were the Division 2 National Runner Up in 2019 and he made the All-RMAC Academic Team 2019-2023.
